Margaret Street, Seddon, VIC 3011

Margaret Street is a lovely quiet street only a 5 minute walk to Seddon Village. Seddon Village in complete with relaxed cafes, fine dining and a good mixture of other retail stores, take aways etc. Margaret Street is also walking distance to Footscray. There is a great little park around the corner in Pilgrim Street. Walking distance to Middle Footscray and Footscray stations.

The houses in this area are mostly renovated with a high turnover in this boom time. There are still are a few unrenovated houses in the street but most are nicely presented.

Child Care in this area is a bit of an issue with the waiting list over a year for most council run centres - there are spaces in the privately run places (more expensive). We're not at school age yet so can't really comment - have heard that primary schools are good but secondary are lacking.
