Hello Dianne, I'll do my best to answer your question on the pet friendly aspect first. Most parks in Maroochydore are dog friendly although leashes are required. I do however notice that early mornings and evenings there are many dogs and their owners enjoying the parks freely.
With regards to the property you are looking at. If you could be more specific to the actual address, then I'm sure we could provide you with further information. Generally, units in the area start at around $300,000 and BC fees start at approx $1800 per annum.
Yes pet friendly park, many run their pets off leash, as long as they are well behaved no one minds, my duplex body corporate is only $330 a year each
