Any specific area not good or whole suburb?

Hi

I am planning to move to 4th Avenue, Asking posters with negative comments, they feel whole suburb is not good or there is a specific area to be avoided?

Fourth Avenue has a nice feel, its close to schools & shops.
The houses Range from newer 4 bedrooms to highset properties.
You can also walk to the new shopping centre and Berrinba park lands.

What would your thoughts be around moving to Pescara park area Adam? Safe and good for kids? Thinking of Chieti Court area. Worried about the park attracting local youth criminals etc?

I can think of better parts of Marsden to raise kids.

Anyone can snob certain suburbs, That area is OK, Its a handy spot to live- Everything you need within 5 mins and that's if you walk..school, high school, IGA Coles, Woolies, bottle shop, parks, doctors, Bus stops, I think with every growing family, young people will always be around. If your friendly people are generally friendly back. You get what you give around these parts.

Hi Adam thanks for the honest feedback. Would you suggest it is the streets and residents more thank the park itself? Appreciate your efforts :)

That's not that bad of an area, local IGA, COLES, WOOLIES n SERVOS all 5mins, BUS STOP a minute away, shop and bottle shop open till midnight 5 min walk! People are friendly if you are! There's hoons in every suburb...with growing families, who hasn't done their bit as a hoon..elderly suburbs..probs not.
