Desperately need review on Fifth Avenue, Marsden Qld!

Hi everyone, after soon to be expecting another member to our family. My parents have decided to possiblely move to Marsden as the house there are pretty spacious and decent. I have heard a lot of bad things occurring in Marsden, which concerns me as all I want is the best. If anybody that is a local member of Marsden or a person who just so happens to spend a lot of time there be Able to give me some negatives and positives please reply back ASAP, as we are looking to move in the next few weeks. The street that we are most interested is in fifth avenue, thank you.
