Mathews Place, Belmont, WA 6104

Mathews Place is tucked off Wallace Street and really has no traffic except people who live there. The properties are well maintained and the grass is always greener - somehow! It is quieter than surrounding streets just because of the perception that there is less activity. I always made it a point to walk our dogs there just to go down a good street! It is close to the park off Hardey Rd and has easy access to the major roads. It is hard to find these streets with 'inner seclusion' in older suburbs, because of the normal grid like lay out, so it does have a rarity factor.
