"Nice friendly street"
Maud street is a wide street with footpath on both sides. It's a quiet street with friendly neighbours. Maud street is a great location as it is close to everything yet not on a high traffic road. Parking can get difficult for residents who don't have off street parking during office hours due to the proximity to the hospital. Also, on some parts of Maud street, mobile phone and television reception can be difficult.
