What's the river stone crossing estate like?

Its a great community to be a part of. I'm pretty sure the Body Corp is about $42.00 a week which gets you access to the River house which has 2 pools and a fully equipped gym and meeting rooms. I've done Pilates there . There is 24 hour security and they mow the council area outside on your lawn. Everyone is friendly and there is face book group that will only let residents be a part of.
