Is there enough commuter parking at the Maylands station?

Generally it is pretty full with cars parked on the dirt parking areas. But, there is always someone coming or going so it seems to even out. But the cars get packed in pretty tightly, if they were properly defined bays a lot of spaces would be lost. If you were in a hurry it would be easy to get caught out without a spot because people park there to go to the shops and cafes as well.
