Melrose Street, Leederville, WA 6007

Melrose St is a great inner city location. A few hundred metres from the action packed cafe strip where there is plenty of people any day or night of the week. Heaps of great dining options from budget through to top of the range, several pubs and clubs to choose from and endless coffee shops.

There are plenty of friendly neighbours up and down the street and one person in the street has lived in the same house for 90 years (that has to say something about the location)

I absolutely love living in the area and would not swap it for anything. The opportunity to be so close to the action in a quiet location with great parks and sporting facilities is wonderful. You truly don't need a car, mine is lucky to do 5000km a year (thats including holidays down south)

There is a high percentage of owner occupiers in Melrose St (for Leederville) and I think this makes a big difference to the street.

I couldn't recommend a better location for people who live busy lives, don't want to spend all day in traffic and like to dine out in a friendly environment.
