Merrow St, Mount Warren Park, QLD 4207

We have lived on Merrow St for 5 years. We bought because it was affordable with larger blocks and smaller homes and quite attractive with the wider street and well designed brick and tile homes with neat and tidy front yards. Living here has surpassed our expectations. Lots of people have a morning or afternoon walk, most yards are kept neat and tidy. When new people buy in it tends to be either young couples with children or retirees who use the golf course and RSL. Excellent access to motorway, schools, shopping, new medical centre. etc. A lot of residents seem to be improving their properties or gardens and we feel the overall feel of the street is one of pride and that Merrow St is a quiet achiever. We have always felt safe in the street and have great neighbours. I personally think that because the houses are generally not modern and huge, many people have living spaces which look out over the street. With people able to observe the street regularly the street becomes a safer place and you get to know who your neighbours are.
