"Decent sized blocks of land and development opportunity."
The street is a short drive from the Mahroondah Hospital and Eastland shopping center.
I currently manage a 4 bedroom house in the court. It has been renovated throughout and is very well presented so it is able to achieved $500 per week. For a standard 3 bedroom 1 bathroom property in this area, you can achieve between $420 - $440 per week. This street is a perfect oportunity to purchase a decent sized block of land with an older style proeprty.
