"One of the best streets in Buderim"
Millgrove Place is one of the most desirable addresses on top of Buderim. Millgrove place was one of the last empty parcels of land to be developed in Buderim, with homes built in 2001 onwards. Now well established it is beautiful quiet tree lined court with lovely homes and one of the few streets in Buderim with underground power. All homes are well presented executive style residences. It's a very private location but with a great community spirit amongst neighbours. While the end of Millgrove Place has one of the most expensive homes on the Sunshine Coast, most other homes when they very occasionally come up for sale are sub 900k. If you get the chance to buy in Millgrove grab it.

- Ideal location on top of Buderim
