Is Milperra a safe place to live?

Ive lived here for almost 25 years and never had an ounce of trouble. Looking at our neighbourhood watch flyers and the crime stats for the area are virtually non existent.

My car insurance reduced by $165 from moving from Coogee to Milperra. 2016 Mazda CX-9 turbo. Never hear of crime in the area.

I would asssume on that basis it is safe but just check Sydney crime rates and see how it fairs.
