"Ticks all the boxes"
A quiet, tree-lined street with the Greville Road shops at one end and Banyule Primary School at the other - fantastic for young families. Rosanna station is a 15 minute walk away and for parkland and bike paths we're spoilt for choice with Warringal Parklands, Banyule Flats and Rosanna Golf Links park all nearby. We do our shopping in Heidelberg but also go to Rosanna Village and East Ivanhoe Village.
