"Great for quality local schools"
Situated between Grange Road & Menkens reserve, Mitton Avenue is a quiet, mostly residential street with great access to St Michaels College, Fulham Primary & Fulham North Primary.
Mitton Avenue features a lot of conventional homes on large block sizes with a selection of newly built homes. Under 1.5kms to the sand at Henley Beach, and approximately 2 kms to Henley Square this street has great access to all that Henley Beach has on offer.
