We lived on Upper Montrose Rd for several years and the home is now an IP. Directly across from us developers purchased a 20 acre lot to build a new estate, which has now commenced; several houses have now been built. When we left (2014) the foreshore was being developed, marina upgraded, and MONA is just up the road.
