My vote goes to the good bean. Great coffee (complete with complimentary chocolate freckle), great slices (including gluten free) and free raisin toast if you check in on facebook! Not to mention the friendly staff and ocean view.

You said " good coffee and Sunshine Coast " in the same sentence ". It's not Lygon street, so you just have to make the most of it

Our team are all fans of the Good Bean and Lot 104, and we also love Café Envy on the Esplanade since it changed hands - the staff are all lovely, the coffee is great and they have some pretty amazing speciality bean blends!

For me, Good Bean has the best coffee on the coast. It is very popular, but well worth the wait.

A newby but a goodie is at the non-beachfront end of Brisbane Rd - the Pallet Espresso Bar, just opened so call in and tell John how you like your coffee. Great personal service, easy parking and he makes a mean latte!

For me it's Augellos, great coffee never too busy and while you are waiting for the coffee you can admire the best view of the ocean and the boats going by, they also have a big pile of magazines to page through. Sometimes I wish they weren't quite so quick with their coffee !

The coffee is consistant and the if you are into good music especially Blues sut down and enjoy the experience The crew wont disappoint

Great coffee at "The Good Bean" however it is now very recognized for this and can be packed out. You can order your coffee of the text for coffee app and have it waiting for you if you at tech savvy.

If you want a more sit back and relax environment with excellent coffee, you can't go past "Lot 104". If you are into your cycling, it also seems to be a good meeting point after rides at about 6:30am.

Enjoy!
