Is there somewhere nice for locals to eat out or is this needed?

my fiance and i recently found out that I am pregnant and he is looking at possibly opening up somewhere nice for locals to eat. Something with descent prices but great quality food. Is this something locals would want?

We have an excellent bakery that does yummy breads and pies. There is an Indian restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both do takeaway food as well. There is also the fish and chippy offering traditional takeaways. We have a pizza shop and then the local licensed restaurant Kennys which is a popular spot to enjoy your weekend breakfast. But I am sure the locals would welcome another option to sample "great quality food".

One of my colleagues lives in Mooloolah Valley and she said although the Country Club has lovely food, it is a quite a distance from the township itself. She said that a great new café would be welcome. Best of luck with your new venture.
