Beautiful quiet street with a mix of single and double fronted housing from a number of different eras and very few units or apartments - please please please keep it that way. The brilliant Ascot Vale Primary School is right in the middle of the street, making it easy for my kids to walk to school each and every day without the usual worries or hassles. Having the tram at at one end of the street and the train essentially at the other, and with the Mount Alexander Road shops waking distance and Puckle Street five minutes away, means that everything you need in Melbourne is so very close. We have been here 18 months now and love it!!
