Which part or street of Mooroobool is not recommended? What about Moody Street close to IGA?

I sometimes go to the IGA in Moody St, and would say that the parts of Mooroobool that are not recommended are dependent on the time of day (night-time is worst) and season (school holidays can be a problem). One can generally get a "feel" for the place by spending some time there. I cannot suggest exact locations but the police would be able to help, I imagine.
