Only downside I can see is the second runway will increase aircraft noise significantly over the eastern suburbs.

It is all relative to property, position and price. The name came from its geographical position as it is on the 'morning side' of the city. Lang St is a traffic feeder between Richmond Rd & Wynnum Rd. It runs along a Perrin Creek & so has some low points topographically. Very close to many amenities- train, bus, major shops, parks, Schools & so much more! The Eastern suburbs of Brisbane are great places to live. I live in the next suburb and drive along Lang St most days, I go to the puppy park where the old quarry was off Richmond Rd. The area is showing good capital growth with infrastructure and development continuing to grow and improve. best wishes for your purchase from Amanda
