Where is Mt Vernon I hear you say! Well it's a little place that few have heard of however once visited remembered forever.
It is truly a peaceful suburb with an outstanding outlook. Just seconds from the M7 and minutes to the M4 places Mt Vernon beautifully to be far enough away from the rat race yet close enough to everything.
Worth a look at if you are thinking to retire to a peaceful place where you get to see a kangaroo from time to time, listen to the birds and if you pick the right block gain breath taking views to the mountains. Ahh, your own little sanctuary.
Retirement not on the cards, little ones still running around? Well even better. What could be better suited for kids. Room to run around and play, exercise instead of computer games. Fresh air, good schooling and a safe environment.
If your looking for room to move you would be doing yourself and family an injustice if you did not give Mt Vernon serious consideration.
