The neighbors are rude & horrible. The place is very noisy especially at midnight, thanks to the inconsiderate neighbors. Shame on you guys! The public places are dirty & messy, again thanks to the untidy neighbors who keep moving in & out day by day. Never never stay here again!

Don't choose Mountain Street! It is very noisy, dirty inside, inconsiderate neighbors, frequently drunk uni students...etc. The uni students are always moving in & out, leaving big mess in the apartments/studios. Music is frequently turned up loud at 3-6 A.M. Neighbors quarrel is NOT rare at all. I wouldn't pick this place to stay unless there is no choice.

Today a friend of mine who stay here told me that he cannot stand any longer. The neighbors are always those inconsiderate uni students who keep partying all the nights, sometimes even to the very early morning. As you can imagine, drunk students are noisy and dirty in general. They often scream and yell at night or in the morning, waking you up in the worst minute! Crocoaches are sometimes everywhere cos' the residents are not hygenic at all. It is hard to blame them cos' they keep moving in and out with they complaining about the high living costs! When they leave, things are always messy in the lifts, courtyard and such..,.

After staying here for studies, I would say that the safety here is really bad, even worse than Jones Street where the word safety cannot be associated with in the first place. My friends and I had saw climbers a few times. Many neighbors & I had experienced break-ins. The residents are again mostly uni students who always move in and out. Therefore, the place is very messy and unsafe. The noise here is another big problem due to the numerous parties at night up to 4 A.M. !!! It is easy to find drunk students in the lifts and the courtyard. I cannot recommend this place to the general public except for those uni students who really need a short term stay near uni. Jones Street is bad, but Mountain Street is even worse in pretty much all aspects. All in all, avoid Mountain Street if you can. If you really have to choose, pick Jones Street instead of Mountain Street.
