"Quiet, secure, great for young families."
Quiet as... and safe from theives, hoons etc. In the well sought after zone, 700mt from McKinnon Secondary College, about half that from McKinnon Primary. Vaulkstone primary is under 1km. Doctor is 300mt away, optometrist nearby too. Sports injury clinic is 3 min by car in McKinnon.Chadstone is a 7 minute drive, the thriving Bentleigh shopping centre is a 3 minute drive, as is the equally thriving Carnegie shopping centre. Glenhuntly road Elsternwick and Caulfield (10 minute drive) is crawling with restaurants, others are even closer.
Excellent property values. The only downside is that there are quite a lot of "Toorak Tractors", "Urban Assault Vehicles", "Night Carts", (4WDs) parked in the street at night.
