"Acreage, peace & quiet."

Situated in the hills of Mount Elliott in the Bowling Green National Park, the properties here are acreage, definately a way of life for those who enjoy the open space and nature at it's best.
Views of the valley's and mountains are fantastic.
Back at the Bruce Highway at Alligator Creek are shops including a service station, convenience store& take away facilities. Great fishing spots are also close by.
For local entertainment the Lawn Bowls Club is very popular for a game and meals, for the horse riders the pony club is very popular and highly accredited.
Approx 15mins drive to a large shopping center & Bunnings at Fairfield Waters.
This could be rated the best acreage suburb in Townsville.
