"Value for money properties"
This is a very small suburb of less than 100 residents so has a friendly country feel. Properties are acreage blocks with plenty of space to build your dream home and all your farm and pets' needs. Conveniently serviced by mulgrave train station so can still easily access anywhere via train lines even if you don't drive. Certainly green clean and feels safe.
