Reviews of Musgrave Avenue, Labrador
"I want to live here at the Sphere Complex"
I agree with Ruby Tuesday it is such a great location. My friends live at the complex and they love it. They have never made a bad comment about it I cant for my lease to expire so I can apply and move in. When on inspection at the property the staff were so helpful and friendly. When most complexes advertise a gym you are disappointed by the equipment, this place has it all.
I highly recommend Sphere and I have'nt moved in yet.

"A absolute gem"
You would never know it was here unless you've driven up this way, but right next to Sharks AFL club is a low level complex called "Sphere". I discovered this place through friends and moved in about 6 months ago. Most of the units are well away from any road or traffic, making it a really peaceful environment to be in. Their facilities are the best I've seen in a residential complex. A fantastic gym (saves me $24 a week on membership fees), and a 25 metre pool!. This area is so handy to everything, shops, cinemas, schools, parks, even the water is only a couple of kilometres away. I really love it, it is the best area on the Gold Coast and I reckon Sphere is the best place I've lived. I feel like I'm on holiday every day. Yeay!!!!!!

"Doesnt worth the terrible"
I have lived in Sphere property for a year or so, this place is a joke. They sell and rent their apartments as if it is a luxury high rise apartments. i.e. $420-$480 per/week For unfurnished two bedrooms, $380 for one bedroom in a place in the middle of no where, with minimum security, and rude site management. My cars accessories was stolen once while it was in the "secured basement parking", and when I report it to site management, they said we can't help you!. They don't have any surveillance cameras at least on gates.
They say its close to broad-water, but you will need 10 to 15 minutes car drive, and about 30 minutes walk to Griffith Uni, no shops, or proper public transportation is around. In weekends, it is very noisy when parklands are having events of music, and cars drifting, or you can hear parties noise from the Shark-club. This place just ruin the spirit of living on the coast. What made me stay is the nice gym and swimming pools, otherwise it is not worth what they are asking for.
I am expecting this place to be bought by Griffith Uni, or transformed to a cheap students dorm.

Ha ha noooo!! you guys are so wrong!
the place is very average, the rooms in sphere are stuffy and claustraphobic
Could you tell us what 'sphere' is?
Sphere is a group of apartment buildings near Gold Coast hospital. Its fantastic!
have to agree with steve.
when they went for the final inspection on the place for my bond refund, they decided to pull off all the double side taped picture hooks off the wall and chipped the paint off the wall. it was from the picture hooks that was put on by the previous tenant. they charge me $200 from my bond for a 5 cent size paint chip. they could at least notified me and i could of slowly pull the hooks off without damaging any paint.
