Can someone give me a rough idea of council rates in Nambour for an average 3 bedroom house?
I'd like to find out more about the cost of living in Nambour compared to North Queensland. Our Townsville rates are $3200 a year. Insurance is $4000 (and rising, I suspect...) If anyone could give me an estimate of rates, that would be great! Thanks.
