Narangba or Burpengary?

We are relocating in the next couple of months and wondering if anyone has any advice. Is there much difference between Narangba and Burpengary or Burpengary East? We have 2 kids under 8. I've been through Narangba once and thought it was lovely. Any thoughts/advice welcomed, thanks.

Narangba. A little quieter and seems to be that homes are more well cared for. Choose your area wisely. Burpengary has a lot of break ins mainly by youth
