Does proximity to the airport effect the house prices in Netley?

It doesn't seem to affect prices negatively, but that's also because the area isn't terribly popular, or well known, as a housing suburb. Living there for 2 years we didn't hear much plane noise. Only during adverse weather conditions would planes fly directly over Netley, and that was less than 20 days out of the year. I hope that helps.
