Is New Farm flood prone? Did it flood in 2011?
Looking particularly around the Moray St area - is this area prone to flooding?

Yes it is flood prone to about Sydney Street. If you own a house in any flood prone area just have the right insurance and then if it ever floods you get a free renovation :)
