Reviews of Niagara Park, NSW

"Great place to live"

Quiet and leafy suburb.Bautiful bush view. It is a great place to live. There is a train station, 15 minutes drive to Erina Fair. Close to University, few minutes to Gosford CBD.

Looking for a home in Niagara Park?

"Inclusive and boring"

There’s a lack of diversity and the residents are extremely inclusive. I was looking at a property at Kent St and one resident thought the Ray White agent and I were robbers which shows how odd and uneducated the people there are. The schools there aren’t on top of the NSW best listed schools and there are only some small businesses there which I’m surprised are still in business. There’s pretty much nothing there.

Ive lived in Niagara Park for 19 years (I grew up in Engadine in the Sutherland Shire)educated my children here,(they have done well for themselves and are now employed in good jobs) and have lived here with absolutely no problems at all in that time. It is nice and leafy like Engadine minus the ridiculous house prices that you will pay down there, and its less crowded...you make your own fun, its only boring if you see it that way...I'm into the outdoors so there's heaps of things to do on that front...Bushwalking mountain biking, Kayaking just to name a few...problems are there to be found if you look, yes but the good times are too.

@aj9 You can write a seperate review. Its a few country and people can write their own reviews. Youre giving a bad name to Niagara Park.

"Niagara Park"

I have lived in the area for over 20 years and think its a great place to raise a family.
With great local schools and good access to the freeway and shops and beach only 15 mins away this peacefull suburb positioned in a bush setting is a great place to live.

"Niagara Park truth"

Problems with comm houses in the area, drug, and young kids
Police and council are aware but nothing happens.
Great youth centre, just a shame the misfits don't use it.
Great Community centre as well
Local Tavern is crap, but there are alot of nice local that go there.
Shops in the local centre are closing, much like the businesses in the area
All surrounding areas are tarred with the same brush
Not a good area for optus mobile (Voda phone), to many black spots

Bush view are lovely to look at except when they cover your lawn, then there are the mozzies and the leeach

Rentals in Niagara Park

"Bovardia Street, Niagara Park, NSW"

Bouvardia Street, Niagara Park is located on the Eastern side of the railway line and Pacific Highway and is a cul-de-sac street surrounded by bushland at the top and southern side of the street. The bushland is abundant with bird life with the occasional kangaroo or wallaby wandering close to the garden, it is a pleasant serene environment although close to all utilities.

It is positioned almost centrally, only a few minutes by car, between Wyoming shopping centre and Lisarow shopping centre. You can walk to Niagara Park station and the bus stop on the highway, there is a high school and primary school at Lisarow and a short drive to the Gosford CBD and waterfront as well as Gosford Hospital and Bluetongue Stadium. It is only 10 minutes to Ourimbah University and the F3 freeway.

This is a great quiet and friendly street to live in with good access to facilities.
