"Walk to the lakes and foreshore"
Nicolas Baudin Drive is a very popular street with buyers (especially retirees). Many homes front the Encounter Lakes, and all properties are within walking distance to a lake beach or to the Encounter Bay foreshore. A well kept, quality area that has experienced significant value growth from 2020 - 2022.
