Why so many houses for sale in particular streets like attenuatta pl/moorhen/jacksonia etc thanks

The streets in question are located in estates which are a mid to late stages of there establishment. A number of vacant lots have been sold to builders in recent years and these will filter through to the market as new homes. In general, areas such as this will offer up to 3 times more properties on the market over more established location, this is in no way a reflection of a lack of desirability in some cases the opposite. These streets offer a great position and lifestyle and offer a wide variety of new homes. As we see an increase in demand for these areas sellers who have been holding off selling will bring there homes to market.

These are quite new estates and usually will get some spec homes built by builders to sell on and short term home buyers. Do your sums and you may find several homes below replacement cost and less than 2years old.
Currently good buying in the area with prices around 20% lower than 2009.
