When is Toowoomba getting a RSL Club?

I have recently moved back to Toowoomba after a 26 year holiday from it. It is extremely disappointing to not see an RSL in the town. What is the go with this place, Oakey has one, Dalby, Warwick, Stanthorpe - need I go on? If you want somewhere for people to enjoy themselves, please TRC, get an RSL on the agenda. Print your own money and please, no anti pokie remarks - it is simple for you wowsers...JUST DONT PLAY THEM!!(FTR - I am not a pokie player but a returned serviceman who wants his own club!)
