Where should I buy my investment property in Nowra?

Central Nowra is the place to buy that will give you the widest number of people looking to buy. Say from north of Jervis St and west of Berry St. About 10 mins walk into the CBD and there are some beautiful character houses there, as this is the highest part of Nowra. If you want 'bang for your buck' then the new houses in South Nowra are the go. However because they are out of town and there are always going to be more new houses built nearby, don't expect much in the way of capital gains. Stay clear of East Nowra.
