"Great Location"
Pros: Close to train & Freeway, close to shops, close to beach and very affordable.
Cons: High volume of bogans with high powered cars & Motorcycles that like to deliberately make excess noise because they don't have alot going for them and doing this makes them feel special. Another con, most people don't ware footwear to the local IGA.
