"Like living in a park"
I love this little piece of Delroy! Only about 8 houses in the whole street (which is made of pavers, not bitumen) and all are on the same side. Across the street is all parkland, paths, and water features leading either down to th golf course or up to the shopping centre and bus stop.
There's a couple of rentals but it's higher priced properties so lots of professional families, etc in the area.

- Very leafy and peaceful
- Very close to the Mall but you wouldn't know it
