"Quiet area, lovely neighbours, the list could go on."
Close to beach, close to shops, close to public transport and close to schools (Primary & Highschool). Everyones gardens are kept neat and tidy and no barking dogs. Great area to bring up kids. I lived here for 4 months but in that time I met 2 neighbours who were friendly. Moved reluctantly to the hills.
