"The best"
We have been renting on Oliver street since mid 2016 and it has been great. Safe, quiet, with friendly neighbours. Overall the street has a relatively young demographic medium around 40yrs old (Still a few muddy dudes pottering around but they seem ok. The street even holds a couple of gathering on the park each year.

"One of the best streets in Scarborough"
Oliver street is a small street in the south west corner of Scarborough. The hill provides glimpses of the ocean for those of us who have a two storey house. Practically only local traffic, great neighbours.
Beautiful dogs in most houses which adds to the safety and protection of the street.
