Reviews of Osborne Park, WA

"Great undervalued suburb"

Osborne Park is a great, undervalued suburb. I’ve never had any problem since moving here 3 years ago. It’s close to the city and beach and has a friendly vibe

Rentals in Osborne Park

"Terrible experience"

Lived on McLeod st and had a bad time with car break ins.

Good location and with gentrification will become good.

Just not now.

"Undervalued safe suburb with so much to offer"

Variety of bars and restaurants at Main Street serviced by both buses and train (Glendalough/ Stirling) you can find anything you need from groceries, furniture, home enhancement, or even car dealer at your own suburb or further up Westfield, IKEA and EventCinema at Innaloo. Close to City Beach. The only shame is lack of landscaping and not many big park in this suburb but it is not a hindrance since Lake Monger/ Herdsman Lake is just 5mins drive away. From investment point of view, Osborne Park is not as hot as her sister suburb Innaloo as people just refused to relocate, making the price appreciation a more gradual and sustainable. Great place to live in!

Great ADSL2 connection-super fast.Friendly neighbours,good schools,Tuart college.Suburb is undervalued for it's great location.

"Well placed to get everywhere."

Nice quiet area, yet close to freeway to the city, down south or heading north.

Easy access to the beach........ for the hot summer days.

Good amount of grocery shops and some good restaurants starting to pop.

Plenty of established trees and gardens around the suburb.

I really like living in Ossy park !
