"Family friendly street"
Paperbark drive is becoming quite a family environment with lots of younger couples with young families moving in. There are also some very nice retirees living in the street too. Every day there are people going for walks to the nearby parks with their dogs, always saying hello to you on the way - something which is missing in other neighbourhoods. The street is full of houses so isn't one of those unit-laden areas. The blocks are also of a good size.
Being next to Benton's square (walking distance), parks, and Mornington, there are plenty of places nearby to go out for dinner, shopping, walks, or a drink, but it's far enough from those places to be nice and quiet.
