Parc Guell Dr, Bradbury, NSW 2560

On the outside this looks like the ideal location; Macarthur Square right opposite, the hospital at the bottom of the road, park, doctors and so on.......BUT having been here over two years now we're not happy and are looking to move as soon as possible. In the couple of years we've been here we've had our so called secure garages broken into three times - the first was the worst when we had several thousand dollars worth of stuff stolen & then they proceeded to leave nice graffiti 'tags' in the garage as a little momento! Only last week one of the other garages in our apartment block got broken into - they smashed the windows of the poor guys ute & took anything of value. Luckily, this time they didn't get into ours! Our cars, if we're silly enough to leave them on the street (heaven forbid!) frequently get eggs thrown at them. We've had people late at night trying to force open our front door, and had others urinating on our front balcony. A bottle of beer was smashed all across one of our front windows and I've lost count of the amount of times I've had to call Campbelltown Police Station in the early hours for trouble makers hanging around in the alleyway. Graffiti has also been a problem, but not for a while thankfully. The houses and apartments here sell for big money, but I personally would not buy around here at all - fortunately we only rent our unit, so can get out pretty easily. It does have it's advantages with it's close proximity to everything, but don't be fooled by the big price tags and nice looking buildings - we get a lot of trouble around here - Thursday nights & weekends being the worst. We have two young children and feel it is definitely time to move on.....somewhere rural here we come!
