Park Street, Collaroy, NSW 2097

The cul de sac end of Park St is a great place to live. The neighbours all know each other, we have regular BBQs and even our pets get on with each other :) We can see the sun rise from the ocean each morning and watch the moon rise at night. We have kookaburras nesting in the palm trees in our gardens, magpies, whipbirds and currawongs. The Lake walk at Narrabeen is only 5 mins away and the cafes and restaurants at Collaroy and Narrabeen only 10 mins walk. We see whales from our balconies and from most homes - we can check out the surf without getting out of bed. It is a really friendly and welcoming street and the cul de sac at the end makes it safe for kids and animals and perfect for our street parties when we roll out a BBQ and everyone brings a plate and a chair.

Incredibly well located. Just 500m to one of Sydney's Northern Beaches best swimming and surfing beaches. Great restaurants within walking distance, and so close to Narrabeen lakes - great cycling tracks, cafes, kayaking. A stones throw from city express buses.

We are about to move in, and I couldn't be more excited. My partner loves the beach, and a short stroll down the road is a spectacular beach which never seems busy. I love trees, and we have half an acre of rainforest and a national reserve behind our block. Yet we are in Sydney and can get to theatre or live music fairly easily. We can walk tot he closest cinema and cafe. I never thought we would get the two combined. I love country, and gardens, he loves city, and nightlife.
The only thing that sucks is no trains nearby, but the buses are good, and my child only has to take one bus to his school near the city.
