"A Wonderful and Safe Hills Community! Brilliant School!"

We used to live in the Flats and in 2015 we moved to Darlington to try it out. After falling in love with it, we looked around for a suburb that suited us. Parkerville was where we landed. From the awesome Primary School, to the local people, the trees, walk trails and strong sense of community without being in your face, this is just a great place to live. We have had any troubles at all here, no people issues, no crime etc. We love our nightly walks around the suburb, people say Hi all the time. We would have to be dragged out kicking and Screaming! Just do it! :)

"Great place to live, very peaceful & tranquil. Come and live here"

Parkerville is a great place to live. It's peaceful and has that community feeling to it. There are excellent schools, it's close to Mundaring village and has which has a variety of stores. It's only 35 minutes to the city and 10 minutes to the train station. You are as close to nature as you can get and only 35 minutes to the city.Midland is only 10 minutes away with everything you could possibly need.

Great for

  • Great schools
  • Beautiful bush land
  • Sense of community

Not great for

  • Limited night life
  • Limited dining

"A lovely place to call home"

Just off Seaborne Street in Parkerville, Johnston Road is withing easy walking distance to bus service, the local amenities such as The Brook Cafe, Parkerville Tavern, Sam Drucker's Store, schools, parks and the Railway Heritage Trail perfect for biking, hiking, horsebackriding or walking your dog. Running parallel to Jane Brook and then connecting up to Richardson, Johnston is set at the bottom of a leafy slope and offers treed and valley views. With properties ranging from half to ten acres, the street includes a spectrum of hills lifestyles. Peaceful proximity to the heart of the village...
