The water plant next door
Your right next door to a water treatment plant. Does it smell like raw sewage around there? and how are the mosies?

The water treatment facility is not obvious, nor does it cause any issues with odour or smells in the area. There can be mosquitoes during the more damp seasons, as we are on the Edithvale - Seaford Wetlands, however the Council and Melbourne Water do control from time to time with a treatment.
