"Old school charm in heart of Mitcham"
Peel Street Mitcham has the old school charm with many original cottages and many backing onto a lane.
Mitcham Station is only 200 metres away, as are the supermarket, shops, restaurants and many cafes. Also near to schools including Mitcham primary and Mullauna College.
A lot of the homes need some love, but it a great place to buy to live in Mitcham or a perfect investment as its very popular due to its central location to Mitcham's amenities.
