"Grand homes and two university colleges - an interesting mix!"
Pennington Terrace is a leafy street situated on the very edge of the North Adelaide parklands. It is a wide street, with a number of grand old homes with sweeping views across Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills.
The area is very comfortable and in a great location, with the leading retail and leisure strip of O'Connell Street just a short drive away. Close to the CBD, this area is the perfect spot to be based.
Pennington Terrace is also home to two of Adelaide's leading university colleges - St Mark's and Aquinas, who incidentally happen to be great rivals. The street can occasionally be quite noisy at key university related events throughout the year - whether it is during O'Week in summer or the occasional pub night.
