We are looking to move to either Willetton or Bull Creek. What are the pros/cons of each suburb?

I kinda regard these as the same suburb really (next to each other). Willetton you're more likely to be near the cinema (in the larger shopping centre) at Southlands compared with Bullcreek. You're likely to have a much shorter bike ride to the train station from Bullcreek than Willetton. Really depends on exactly where in the suburb you are! Travel times to the city will be much the same. Friend who grew up in Willo and hung out in Bullcreek reckons Willo is slightly posher. Kids from this area probably all go to the same school though (Willetton SHS or Leeming SHS). I think it'd come down to the actual house you were looking at living in to make a decision.
