"Nice street, perfect location."
Lovely street, very close to good schools. (Currumbin Primary across the road and PBC across the bridge) Walk to beach, estuary, tennis courts, 4 restaurants, medical centre and RSL.
The problem with being so central is the traffic (this is especially bad at 8-9am and 3-4pm being so close to both schools) and the noise that comes with it. At night, you can also hear the motorway in the distance which can get annoying.
Very fortunately, this street is out of the flight path, so there is little/no noise from planes.
All in all, it's a lovely place to live and the location (even with the added traffic noise) is excellent.
